Frances’ path to physiotherapy is deeply personal, shaped by a lifelong passion for dance and a natural talent for problem-solving. Beginning ballet at just 3 years old, Frances dedicated 20 years to her dance career, gaining an intimate understanding of the body’s movement capabilities and the physical demands required for peak performance. This early immersion in dance gave her invaluable insight into both the beauty and the challenges of movement.

Beyond her years as a dancer, Frances spent 7 years as a dance instructor, teaching classical ballet, contemporary, and jazz. This role not only deepened her knowledge of movement patterns but also sparked a growing interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and the human body’s ability to heal and adapt.

While pursuing a Bachelor of Science, Frances began to feel drawn to the physical aspects of human health. It was her father who encouraged Frances to shift her focus toward physiotherapy. Recognising Frances’ natural analytical abilities and her genuine desire to help others, he supported her decision to transfer to a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. It was the perfect marriage of her passion for movement, her problem-solving mindset, and her dedication to supporting others on their journey to recovery.

Today, as a fully qualified physiotherapist, Frances combines her dance experience with her physiotherapy expertise to help a wide range of individuals recover from injury, prevent future issues, and return to the activities they love with strength, mobility, and confidence.
